Well, I did Finnigan's quest for him. But when I gave him the lockpicks, he didn't have the magic picks for sale. I started the game on the 1.33 patch, and updated to 1.34 recently. I don't know what I did wrong.
I've checked several times since completing the quest, and he has never had lockpicks of any kind for sale. Anyway, I'm back to being out of lockpicks agian.
