Atlus USA today unveils a pre-order bonus art book for its upcoming action RPG Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga for Xbox®360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Fans who reserve the game at participating retailers will receive The Art of Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga, a 52-page, full color art book (7.5" tall x 5.25" wide) featuring spectacular creature and world designs from the game.

Adding even more value is the addition of a soundtrack CD featuring 26 tracks (nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes of music!) from the game's heroic fantasy score, included free inside every launch copy of the game.

Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga for Xbox 360 system brings its fast-paced action RPG combat and high-flying dragon battles to North America on April 12, 2011.

Thanks to everyone involved with the pre-order bonuses. I was scared that the soundtrack would be Gamestop exclusive, but it isn't. I was then scared that the art book would be Gamestop exclusive, but it isn't. I'm glad you folks didn't screw the people who order from Amazon. I hate when each place has different pre-order goodies as well. Well done on this. Can't wait for April!!!

My Favorite RPGs: Divinity franchise, Gothic franchise (including Arcania, so I think I'm alone...), Venetica, Risen, Two Worlds II, The Witcher, Sacred franchise, Fallout franchise, Mass Effect 1, Alpha Protocol, Planescape: Torment, Drakensang, KOTOR 1 & 2, etc.

Hey, Gamestop.ca now lists the soundtrack CD prominently on their DKS page, and Amazon.ca mentions it in the middle of the product description. Neither mention the art book yet (nor does Gamestop.com). Last time I checked only the US sites listed the audio CD, and the Canadian ones didn't know anything about it when I emailed them.

I guess I'll be pre-ordering after all...

Fans who reserve the game at participating retailers...

Do you know if there are likely going to be additional 'participating retailers'? I have a Best Buy gift card I could use, if that were an option (so far they don't have a listing for DKS at all). Otherwise there is a Gamestop not too far from me, which would probably get the game sooner than shipping from Amazon.

Canada got a PC DVD release, but for the Xbox all the North American publishers wanted to wait for sales results from the rest of the world before making any commitments.

About my question above: Best Buy doesn't have the PC version of DKS listed, so I wasn't holding out much hope they'd carry the Xbox version.
