The entrance to Rayhun's Headquarters is above where the Broken Valley village used to be. Here is a
D2:ED map; in DKS most of the anti-dragon shields and generators were removed from the fortresses. Other flying fortresses were redesigned in DKS, but with Broken Valley I would assume it remained essentially the same, since the basic terrain is set.
