Larian Studios Forums Divinity 2 - Ego Draconis (English) Technical problems xbox 360 preorder code not working

Just recently picked up a copy of divinity II (gamestop pre-order edition). It is supposed to come with the blood echelon set 1. When I typed in the code I got the message this code is not valid.

I double and triple checked the code.
It was a new copy of the game

How can I get this code to work can I get a post by a mod or some such?

There is a time limit on redeeming the pre-order bonus, and other DLC equipment sets were also recently removed.
