In a temporary save you could try using
iZakaroN's SaveEditor (or from
Kiya's site, with description) to give yourself a thousand spare stat points, and then boost various stats to see if you can trigger description updates. The determining factor for the description for your fighting abilities may be strength, while your offense and defense stats are based on agility (see
here, with minor spoilers/exploits mentioned, or
here for most of the same info without any spoilers).
I don't recall much of the trait descriptions, besides the one when you get your lightning resistance to a high enough level.
