Well, I finished the Ego Draconis 'n started playing Flames of Vengeance today, but I'm having some troubles... '-'

First of all, a skill question: My Lockpick is currntly at lv 5 'n I can't upgrade the max cap. 'n idk why! D= I was thinking 'bout it 'n perhaps I've forgotten upgrading the Skill Trainer platform... D= If this really happened, is there any other way that I can put points into L.P? :'(

2°, a noob question... How can I use a charm? O___O

And, talking bout quests now... My "active quests" is full of quests I can't finish. D= I've been walking round Aleroth since morning, but I found nothing!
There're 2 "green" quests there, but idk where I need to go to finish them, the quests are: "An Appetite for Murder" and "Reminiscense of the Past". Where should I go to finish it?
And... the main quest, "To find a Wizard", wth I need to do in the "Clues" parts of this quest? D=

Owww, I almost forgot... Where can I find the Gula's key? :X

There are other trainers in Aleroth - Question about Lockpicking.

On the PC don't you just right click a piece of equipment with an empty charm slot to get the option to permanently add a charm? At least in D2:ED the charm had to be in your inventory, and not in the battle tower chest.
