Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga Armour sets

Hi brought this game the other day. Im currentley a level 11 warrior questing in the broken valley. What i would like to know is when do you start getting armour sets. Im still in my starting armour and have only come across odds and ends armour bit that dont belong to a set. Many thanks for help and replys.

Level 11 already and NOT seen any SET piece ?
I find already at least 6 pieces of in total 3 different kind of Armour Sets!

Hope you're playing the remastered DKS & if so :
You must explore everything, really thoroughly and look also in the inventory of every shopkeeper !!
If I remember fine Derk (the smith)& Carlin (at the top of Lovis' Tower) has both certainly a Set piece Maybe also Merchant Lamotte or Locke, not sure anymore about these traders. And btw, Locke has nice jewellery too ! ....
Plus: every time you gain a level, the traders do REstock
(but if they've a Set piece, I have the impression that this kind of pieces stay fixed after each restock, also the pieces that are coloured in orange stay fixed))
For example: The Adventure's Band (a ring of level 10 Merchant Lamotte sells)

Sort of depends, whether you have ED or DKS. I think it was a bit harder to come by set items in ED only, where in DKS, most of merchants have a piece or two for you. Of course, those "heavy metal" sets aren't on merchants.

Im playing DKS. I have some parts of sets now. Blood echolen set im gonna collect. Forgot to mention im playing a warrior.
