Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga Temple of Doom - locked gates 2nd Room?

Hi,

This is driving me nuts - there are two locked gates in the second chamber of the temple of doom. There's a chest visible behind one, and a book behind the other. I can find no means of unlocking them, nor any switches which open them. Are they simply inaccessible, or is there some trick to it?

If you mindread Ragnar in the bandit camp before entering the Temple of Doom, the key for the top door in that room can be found on the left horn of the dragon statue (walk forward until you get to the first wooden plank, turn right and look down). At least in D2:ED there was not much in there, though, just Jagon's diary and some lowish level random loot.

If you play the DKS, the key can be found in the centre of the enormous Dragon statue, you can't miss it (if you have mindreaded Ragnar like Raze said )
