Hi, There is a tower above the Champion Harbor. There's an anti-Dragon field which prevents aerial access. Is there some other way in? It looks like there is an 'underground' entrance in the harbor building, but there's a locked gate which seems to have no means of opening, and a guard who says access is for Champions only.

Is there some way to join the Champions to gain access? Is there a secret entrance? Is that just an unfinished part of the game that Larian decided to permanently lock access to? Is it just there for role-play purposes (e.g. there should be a Champion fort/barracks at the harbor, logically, so they put some placeholder art, but didn't want to provide interiors, so they put that gate/staircase there but it doesn't connect to anything?

There is no way into that tower, no way to join or otherwise access the champions' headquarters, and no way to disable the anti-dragon shields around the harbour.

I'd guess the headquarters and tower are there for atmosphere. Lar did mention a couple entire regions that cut from the game, but didn't go into any detail if specific quests or small areas got axed. There was a swamp in D2:ED that got cut, and an area containing elves and dwarves (which may have been the same region as the swamp), as well as a Broken Valley type area in FoV. Some of FoV was originally intended to be in D2:ED.
