where is Lister? i know in orobas harbour, but where, cuz i need him to give me items to upgrade my workshop

I had trouble with this aswell. He is in front of red ore mine.

and other: how i can enter in high halls?

The path leading to the harbour splits, with the right branch going down to the harbour, and the left going up to High Hall. You can fly most of the way there, but the anti-dragon shield can not be lowered, so you will have to walk/run the rest of the way.

another: where is jedediah? i dont remenber, and i want to know, cuz i already have quest items

Jedediah is at the back of the Dragon Cliff Castle, on the north side of the channel that leads from the start of the fjords to the harbour (near the depleted ore mine, but higher).
