I got the dragon tower and now I have to go into the mine back in Broken valley but Broken valley is poisoned. How am I suppose to go back?

Just stay out of the fog. Areas are exposed for access, even the cave you are after.

The mine has towers - which you can land on (and then enter the mine) - they're one of the few areas that you can re-visit after the poison.

Explore Broken Valley, kill the new opponents, and see where you can safely land...
