While I was able to find the key to the part of the Troll Cave to complete the Gula/potion/thirsty goblin quests, I was never able to figure out how to open the other door. Is it bugged, or
am I just oblivious to something obvious? Thanks.

What other door?

Pretty sure most can be opened there, except for some priosoner doors.

the "second key" is hidden behind the door on the left. don't worry, it's just a treasure chest behind the left door- nothing important.

essentially- the first key you find will either open the door on the left, to the treasure chest and the second key; or will open the main chamber door- locking you out of the left door.
