1> Get the "Demon's Grip Release" spell from the Prancing Seahorse and take it down the bar near the talking zombie-zappin' tree and open the door up the stairs. You'll get a pendant.
2> Find all the chain runes and talk to the guy studying them for their order and tell the Dragon statue (near the Prancing Seahorse) "kitten totem totem maxos kitten" and proceed into dungeon that opens up. You get the Maxos Ring. **You can just tell the statue the pass phrase without finding all the chainrunes.
3> in Lanilor Lane, solve the string of murders in the "brothel?" and fight the zombie boss. You get his Ring.
4> also in Lanilor Lane, get into Gula's house, and figure out how to resolve the situation. You'll get a Book.
5> in Crow's Nest, near the burning building, go through the Forgotten Ruins and fight the boss at the end. You'll get a Sword.
