Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Divinity II - The Dragon Knight Saga New character Male / Female stats weirdness

I finished the game a few hours ago and now starting a new game with a different class combo.

My first character was a female warrior / summoner and I loved it
My new character - undecided yet

but then I noticed something odd.

New female character starts with all stats 1
New male character starts with 133 stats points spent already!

This is not intented is it?

I bought the steam edition btw.

Well nevermind, I just figured it out myself.

I didn't recieved the slayer blessing/curse yet wich reduces my stats to 1.

How silly of me

I think the male character is still supose to start with 1 in all stats, but I don't recall if I checked that before talking to Morgana.

I did the following:
Started a new female char and looked at the stats right after the conversation with Rhode. 133 points spend.
Started a mew male char and looked at the stats right after the conversation with Rhode. 133 spend.

Both characters had all stats at 1 AFTER the conversation with Morgana and had the same state BEFORE talking to Morgana.


No bug, no glitch. Just me not paying attention and jumping to a conclusion that wasn't there

Apparently I never checked the initial stats with my character, either (didn't really care for any of the male voices, so went with a female). It makes sense, though, as you are suppose to be loosing a bunch of training when you get the dragon memories.
