Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Help with storage chests please

OK, I'm oblivious, I admit it. I have read the posts about keeping 3 or 4 chests with your bed by the transporter pyramid. It makes sense, etc. But no matter what I do, I cannot put anything into a chest!!

Do I need a specific chest? is there a trick move or something? It is driving me crazy because I know it CAN be done, but I can't figure out how!!!!

um, yeah. have u opened up the chest. and then a panal comes up and u drag stuff from ur invin. to the chest.

I knew it was something simple like that, boy am I stupid <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> thank you very much!! I tried everything EXCEPT that. I kept trying to put it directly into the chests, not the "inventory" panel.
