Bandit Camp. It's marked on map but all I find is The New Order and when I go in I have to actually fight the bandits. I can't see the guy who gives me the rum quest or the guy I helped to escape from prison earlier. Nobody asks me for a password either.
P.S. I've got DKS. Additionally I have refused to help that girl bandit and failed the quest "Daylight Robbery" - perhaps thats the cause?
