Larian Studios Forums General Chat Chat (Anything) Wanted: 10 random words

Hi forum!

I have a very simple request <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

I'm working on the first chapter of an (amateur <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> ) adventure game (good old point 'n click style <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> ), but I've still got a few holes in the chapter that I'd like filled. I hate to choose any obvious paths, I preferrably go with some original stuff, but I could use some inspiration...

So here's my question: could everybody (who feels like it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> ) write down 10 random words? Any word that you can come up with! Doesn't matter how boring, dull, original, cliché, shocking, cute, moronic... Anything will do!

The point is that I then shove this list into my brain and wait for the storm, and out comes a brilliant story! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> I figure if every member of the couple of thousands members on this forum writes something down, I should get a pretty decent list to get going... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

And before anyone asks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> : No, I'm not telling anything about the concept or story or characters or anything yet, and no, there is no website (yet) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> As I'm asking for brainstorm material you may safely assume the game is still in an early stage <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> Moreover, if you knew what this is about, you wouldn't be able to come up with utterly random words because of subconscious influence! (Really! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> )
