Strange house

Hey guys, i was playing around with my Wizard's sight and found a strange house on the southeast side of the river in the black forest. Anyone know how to get to it? There is a hatch inside the house as well...

no can get. u can't get in. it was origannly going to be Borates's house, but Lar thought the dark forest map was to big. so they cropped it by using a river. u can get over there, with teleporters, but not in the house.

p.s.
