So uh yeah, I was playing the game and all and I met some Black Ring Sergeants (still low level as you can see) so I went to fight them but quickly saw they would kick my ass, so I fell back and hit the quicksave button, but like 0.1 second before I clicked the button one of the sergeant use a Rush Attack, and now I can't reload without being killed and I have no other save of this character save for the Autosave that is like 7-8 hours ago.
So yeah, I'd like to know if there are really no way to alter my stats, at the very least my health so I can survive this single battle (I'd reverse my stats to normal right after obviously), I really really don't feel like starting a new game just because of this stupid sergeant.
Please tell me there's a way to alter my save ._.

nope. you're screwed. where exactly did you get killed? if you're low level, the only place i can think is the near the Quarry.
if you can, maybe put some HP+ enchantments or Vit+ charms on your gear...

Maybe an idea for next time? I always work with (at least) 2 saveslots, so I never can't have such a problem. So I store always a savegame from 1 level lower than my current hero's level. and if he level-up, I overwrite the savegame with the lowest level ... etc, etc ...
That Black Ring Sergeant, is that a L27 enemy? In that case I believe you're in the Mine Tower !
and so you play the "Ego Draconis" version, the version without the add-on (Flames of Vengeance)? I think this because in the newer version you CAN'T going in the Mine Tower(where yo can do a quest for William) anymore BEFORE you take over the Battle Tower (after killing 'Laiken').
[ I play the Dragon Knight Saga (DKS) (on Xbox360) that include two parts: Ego Draconis + Flames of Vengeance ]

Please tell me there's a way to alter my save ._. AFAIR, there is an option in the game options (duh) that forces the game to be immediately paused after loading a save file. Since you're on the Flying Fortresses territory already I assume you have a teleport stone. What the problem then (see what I did there)?

But IN the Mine Tower (IF vyniea is there?) the Black Rings are of a higher level, but if Vyniea plays the version WITh the add-on (on PC or Xbox, we don't know on which platform Vyniea plays), the DKS, Vyniea must somewhere else? But Vyniea didn't write down which version he/she has, or am I missing something? So I hope Vyniea will react soon so we can help in a more specific way, I think.

So my only only Question to the person who start this topic: which version is he/she playing???

I do hope some of the suggestions here help you out of this situation. I also hope that in the future, you'll keep more than one save in any game you play (except for solitaire *grin*). Someone above said at least 2. I say at least 3 (sometimes save files get corrupted, and you go to load them, and the game crashes, or there's a glitch which prevents progress, etc). Save before and after you leave any dungeon/town/point of interest.
DKS allows me to keep like 30 or 50 save files, so I just go down the line adding saves, until it tells me I've reached the limit, then I start overwriting from the earliest save.
Hard disk space is cheap. I've got a Terrabyte hard drive that cost me like $60. Even on XBox there should be plenty of space for saves.
I usually save after any difficult encounter (fight, jumping puzzle, long dialogue which I don't want to have to repeat, etc), but some people may feel that makes the game too easy for them. Do whatever makes you happy. As for me, life is short, and my time to play is limited, so I don't like repeating 20 minutes or an hour of gameplay if I don't have to.
