is it possible to get out of the tower to fly around the island. and what am i supposed to do once i got the tower?

You can, you have to use the teleporting shrines. And you need to use the teleporting shrine to get to orobas fjord (next part of the game).

what am i supposed to do there? ive been killin mostly everthing there. and how do i kill the dragon slayers at that one camp when i go into the tunnel to see if the other dragon knight is alive?
