I haven't had much chance to review all the trailers yet, but I watched one. It looks like this game mostly focuses on aerial battles, so I'm wondering. . .

Will you have to play the first 10 - 20 hours "on the ground" like you did with Div II, or do you start the game as a dragon knight this time? Is there even any ground game at all? DC looks to be more of a strategy game revolving around empire building, so I'm thinking there's less or no ground game at all?

Apparrently there is no ground combat in the game yet but there will be in the final version. As for starting out as a Dragon knight or not, I don't know. I think you start out as one onboard your ship rather than having to become one from an ordinary human.

Pretty sure you start out as a Dragon Knight. And that there are going to be ground troops for you to fight and/or support.

Though I wouldn't mind if the first stage or so, the tutorial battle(s) if you will, are about the Dragon Knight capturing the Raven to use as their command centre or something.
