I currently have only 4 or 5 quests left before I go to the wastelands and I know how to solve most of them or I have an idea of how to. There is one of them that I am completely stumped on. The quest is called "To Rivertown" and it has to do with the black market. I have tried everything I can think of and I am out of ideas. Any help would be hot. And also...how do I get the quest for corinna and penumbra? I can't find corinna's house. Thanks
