My suggestion (complaint really) is about the English voice actors. They simply do not speak clearly. More than one of them (particularly Talana and Behrlihn) start each sentence at a reasonable volume and speed but by the end of the sentences they have reduced volume and increased speed to a rapid mutter.

Although from America, I have lived in England and don't have excessive trouble with the accents, if they would simply speak at a reasonable speed and volume. I recall experiencing the same effect with a number of English speakers when I was living there. Its as if they are embarrassed about what they are saying and want to get the sentence over with as soon as possible and speak at a low volume so hopefully no one will pay any attention to what they are saying.

Its bad enough that I have noticed it and been bothered by it and feel compelled to complain about it, because I am constantly fiddling with the volume to try to hear the speech clearly. If it weren't for the subtitles I couldn't understand a good bit of it at all.

I didn't notice any volume or speed problems (with the Xbox version of the game). I tend to read the dialog or subtitles with (or ahead of) the speech, though, so that could mask minor issues.
Is there a particular dialog/cutscene/mindread where this is evident? If I have a save nearby I could check if I can hear what you mean.

I've notice what 'eastwindismine' is talking about wink

Sometimes it's a little bit nasty to follow, I must admit, but further on very good voice acting ...

Its not as easy to find examples when you're looking for them smile
Here's one I found while walking around. Of course the ones that matter most are not incidental dialogs like this, its just an example.

Kaimi, one of the New Order soldiers standing around listening to Aquila in front of the Lanilor Lane shrine says something when interacted with. Close your eyes so you can't see the subtitles and see if you have any idea at all what she says for the second half of each of her two lines. This one is a little tougher because Aquila won't shut up.

Another one, after you have completed Sinister Motives by giving all 3 jewelry pieces to Astridax you can ask him why he needed the ghosts. One of his lines is "Suffice it to say in the long run it will assuage the vexatious road to absolute preponderance in the dark arts over all corrivals."

Now I understand that he's not supposed to be easy to understand, but he's not easy to even hear. This is a dialog you have only one chance to hear, it comes after the rewards are collected (at least it did for me). But you can spend as long as you want to read it before clicking for the next line.

That volume drop is quite noticeable if you are listening for it, rather than reading ahead.

If you are on the upper level with Astridax, you can stand at the edge by the street and talk to Kaimi without triggering Aquila's speech.
