Hello, everyone,

well, a new edition of Baldur's Gate has been announced : http://www.baldursgate.com/

Funnily, they translated the current (A)D&D license holder "Wizards of the Coast" into German language as "Witch of the Coast" ("Hexe der Küste") delight .

I rather wish someone would remake Realms of Arkania...

Special edition, yes. Very much looking forward to this. Be great to have BG/BG2 with updated graphics.

And if they sell well, we can hope for the ultimate: PS:T with upgraded graphics!

I like "Hexe der Küste". Sounds like it could be the subtitle of Risen 3 or something. wink

Anyway, great news about Baldur's Gate! I want to preorder now! horsey

You can't, you have at least 2 games to finish first !

Too bad its only on beamdog. I even never heard of it before this press release.
And I'm also wondering if it will be worth purchasing considering there is BG TuTu.

But then again, it's on of my favorite RPG's. So its worth keep an eye on it.

Plus they are bound to change their minds. Keeping it a Beamdog exclusive would be cutting off their nose to spite their face in terms of sales.

I honestly think they have vastly underestimated the actual market for this.

If it's not on other digital platforms and out at retail by the end of the year, I'll be shocked.
