I can't see the Raze in the Raze fortress headquarter,
there is only skull armored.
i hit the lever hundred times but the door still loked.
please help me ..

Do you have the patch installed, or an already updated release?

This bug should be prevented in the latest version of DKS (1.4.9.70), though the patch will not fix the problem after it has occurred. However, you can email your save to support@larian.com to get it fixed. Include a description of the problem and maybe a link to this topic.

If you have an earlier save you could try reloading it after updating the game. AFAIK there is no way for you to tell when exactly the problem started, so you wouldn't know if General Raze was also missing in the earlier save until you played up until getting to the headquarters again.




In XP the saves are in the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\ %username% \Local Settings\Application Data\Divinity 2\Savegames


or in Vista / Win 7

C:\Users\ %username% \AppData\Local\Divinity 2\Savegames


You may need to set Windows Explorer to show hidden files and folders (XP, Vista, Win 7).

sory bad english, i'm from indonesia.



1. i've got the patch "InstallDKSLauncher.exe" it's 758kb ?

i was run the patch and i start the game, then i load saved game, when i before get in the room of raze should there.
but the video raze still black (only word and sound) raze still no there.

2. should i play the new game DKS ?
3. My DKS is v1.4.9.32 it's wrong version ?

When you run the InstallDKSLauncher.exe program it should check the installed version of the game, and (if needed) download the appropriate version of the patch.

Did the program say the game was up to date, or start to download something? The latest version of most localizations is 1.4.9.70; support should be able to confirm if that is the same for the Indonesian release.


You do not need to start a new game. The patch does not fix missing NPCs, but will prevent it from happening again.

It is not yet 6am in Belgium, so it will be a few hours at least before support will get back to you with your fixed save. I'm not sure what their current response time is, but they shouldn't take too long.
