Hi, Newbie here. Beginning of game: I entered the area where I encountered the wounded female warrior and she changed me into a dragon. But how do I get back to human form?
That's not so difficult. Have you fly around looking for a ballista tower to destroy ? If you fly far enough you go automatically back in human form, you'll see that

If you have not done so, you might want to fly around a bit to get the hang of dragon form before proceeding out of the starting area. When you get the dragon form permanently there is another dragon section you need to complete to transform back to human form. That battle isn't terribly hard, but it is easier to get a feel for flight in the first dream sequence than when there are a bunch of hostile opponents around.
