Doesn't look like they've been posted before now so I'll post them here:

Part 1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H45h8IDG9O8

Part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBqrcOte9pE

Part 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcvOrxmJIXI (Shock ending. Larian, you cheeky devils!)

Can't say I'm big on the overall dragon gameplay but the RTS elements, dialogue and choices all look great. I didn't even know that the RTS elements had so much depth. (You control troops as you would in a typical RTS game and you can build structures which produce things like artillery).

I'm glad to see that the typical humor found in Divinity games is in Dragon Commander. I think one of the things that annoys me most are the Imps. When they talk they don't move their mouths. This was a problem in Divinity 2 and I just don't understand it. It's really annoying especially when everyone else moves their mouths.

Oh and "Death" (the undead counselor who happens to be very religious...yeah, this is Divinity) has an annoying voice but since all current voices are simple "placeholders" I'm hoping he has an improved voice in the final version.

Oh hey, the Lizards are back. I guess the humans homeland was the a north-eastern part, or if they were scattered all over.

Lohanna needs a better tailor. That dress doesn't fit the way it keeps slipping off her shoulder. (It's slightly distracting, maybe tweak the timing of that animation so it falls off at a random time between 15 and 60 seconds instead of 5 seconds after she puts it back up.)

I thought the presentations were only supposed to be 15 minutes, cut down to 12. not THREE 15-minute presentations. That's a pleasant surprise.

That's one freakin' big moon in the sky.

I hope that near-naked woman at the last part isn't supposed to be the model for the Dwarf princess. She's too tall (and the outfit is ridiculous).

The model at the end was of the undead princess, how she sees / remembers herself (see the artwork in the E3 Destructoid article).

Some parts instantly reminded me of of the battles in Homeworld.
And another part in me always thinks : "What this game really needs is a full-blown turn-based part, too !" wink

I know. I was expecting to see the dwarven princess though. That's why I was shocked. How dare Larian keep us in suspense.

I hope the RTS portions have an easy mode, since I'm of the "build a lot of tanks and roll over the enemy" school of RTS play.

I also wonder how the respawning of the Commander works. A simple timer?

And the Commander can spawn wherever your units can see? Assuming there's a proper fog of war and the AI doesn't cheat, I can see that being quite useful. Sneak a lone, stealthy scout behind enemy lines, then launch a dragon raid.

On the downside, having to decide whether or not to marry the dwarven princess before we even got to meet her or know what she's like? Not a very good move, I think.

Oh, and, I can already see me and the Undead Councillor are going to be the very best of friends.

Because you see him as a neat tool to winning the war ?

Or because you want to support his or her cause ?

Imho *any* Councellor should be aware of the danger of just being used ...

I was being incredibly sarcastic. Me and fundamentalists? We don't exactly see eye to eye. Not even in fiction.
