Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems Help!!! Mushroom Farmer won't take Rare Mushroom

I got the quest, got the rare mushroom, went back to the Mushroom Farmer (Mafnirx), but his convo does not have the option to give him the mushroom, just has the same 6 options (including "Bye") that he had before the quest. I've tried going thru all his convo options, and he never asks about it.

I have also tried:
- dropping the mushroom to the ground in front of him & activating his convo
- picking it up & activating his convo

Neither worked. In both cases, the quest icon turns red when I drop it to the ground, but not when I pick it up again.

I've also tried leaving the hut, returning, & trying everything again, but to no avail.

My luck is at 88 at the moment, in case that makes a difference.

I am using the GOG version of the game, which is patched to 1.47.

Any suggestions? I'm absolutely stumped.

Mafnirx is inside the mushroom farmer's house, but the farmer is outside. Check around the house, to the west IIRC.

Ah, that was it, thank you. Manfrix shows "Mushroom Farmer" after his name, so that confused me.
