I am starting my Flames of Vengeance game but it would not start until I give it a SERIAL code. I checked my email for any information of it, but when I did see it and entered it, it didn't do anything but say that the attempt was terminated.
Am I missing something? Can I request a SERIAL code from the larianvault?

the code might be case sensitive, try typing it in again, but exactly what it looks like in the email, so if a letters a capital, its a capital, and so on.

I did some research and this seems to be a common problem. I'm supposed to contact lariansupport and give them a special code for some other thing or something. Working on that now.
