What I noticed: There is not a game where being evil was rewarding. By giving evil answers, you botch quests, anger people etc. The only 2 games which had exclusive-evil quests were Fallout 2 and Arcanum. Sometimes I want to play evil but all the quests are good-related. That's why I am waiting for Grayhawk: TotEE, Trioka (creators for Fallout 2 and Arcanum) promised exclusive evil game .
So, is good or evil?

All games should have such a possibilty for us to choose.Sometimes I want to play evil, kill all around me, make bloodbaths from scared people but I can't because it'll spoill whole quest and don't give me any xp. Maybe now its time to change it??

There are other games as well, both the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale series allowed a different gameplay for evil characters.

But when You have bad reputation, some people wont talk with You, soldiers will be after You and You may have problems with quest. It's big xp loss. If You could be bad, very bad and gather same xp points as You were good it'll be fun

Dungeon Keeper 2, that is, never played the first. Another nice and recent game is british-made Ghost Master! Try it, I think there's a demo somewhere.

Dungeon Keeper 2 is one of the best games ever (on my list at least)! It's a pity Dungeon Keeper 3 was cancelled.
The closest thing to another sequal was StarTopia, an extremely under-rated game.
But back on to topic now...

i love the posses spell in dungeon keeper 1 you didn't have to learn this first. dungeonkeeper 2 has its advantages and disadvantages compared to DK1:
DK 2 is waaaaaaay easier. (you can decide for yourself if you think of it as an advantage or not, but i think its to bad) In DK2 your minions have less spells. another disadvantage, because in DK1 your mages could have 10 spells, and the highest amount i've seen in DK2 is 4 iirc.
The advantages of DK2 are the graphics, the traps (love the traps ) and even more horny (or what was the name again of that red beast? )

He was called "The Horned Beast", or "Horny" for short, but he didn't like being called that. He tended to use the business end of his schythe if you caught you calling him that.

path of good vs path of evil. that's a great thing but i think the story's already decided & that means it's mostly good. that's just my guess.
path of evil should have its own merit as well. like the premise of RRR which is the player, being soul-forged beings of both good & evil, will have 2 decide how 2 free themselves of each other, the good way or evil way. choosing alignment will mean increase of power in that particular alignment & diminished strength in the other. that'll impact the way one plays the game plus alignment-based quest will spice things up. either that or give alternatives 2 finish quests.
the boons & banes of duality. 2 cents spent.
