Larian Studios Forums Divine Divinity (English) Help/Tips/Tricks Corinna quest

I have the tree branch (both) plus the bottle of wine (although the bottle of wine quest won't complete) and I was given the book of summoning (although it's not in my inventory) but when I talk to Corinna nothing happens. What am I doing wrong.

Also why won't the wine quest finalise after handing in the cart burner (can't remember his name)? I have even tried selling the wine to Pierce then buying it back and trying all dialogue options to no avail. Looks like I will have 2 quests that can't be solves.

You need the book of summoning in your inventory to be able to tell Corinna you have everything. She will take the right branch, if you don't know which is which and leave both in your inventory.

i have a problem like that but only corrina isnt at her house (i only have th book and the wine)

Are you sure she didn't just wander over beside a wall, or something? Check your mini map as you search the place. You didn't drink too much of Rimmer's ale did you, and stumble into the wrong house? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> She shouldn't leave, doesn't go downstairs until you give her the items for the summoning quest, and there are no hostile creatures around after you save her from the first demon she tries to summon.

You can use part of the procedure in Reviving dead NPCs to re-set her position, if you can not find her.

Thanks for the info Raze. As a horder i had been collecting all of the books and manuscripts and taking them to my stash location. As it just looked like any other book i put it with them. It took me ages to put them in to my inventory then proceed from there, I had 273 books etc to cart to her but it was in amoungst them.
