It sounds like your problem may be with Ulthring's set itself. Like with
the helmet, there isn't anything you need to do to get Ulthring's Leggings besides the mindread.
Have you gone through Stone's fortress yet, and gotten the Gauntlets from Xanlosch and Armour from Stone?
Maybe try emailing support@larian.com, with a description of the problem.
