Just as the title says I'm having a real hard time getting around on the hillside's here. I'm trying to upgrade Hermosa's platform by taking her necklace back to Morgan but I cannot make head's or tails out of how to get around in this place in dragon form or in human form. This game has been absolutely great up until this point, now it is just frustrating.

Once you wander around a bit you'll start to get a feel for the layout. From the start of the fjords there is one channel (with an island at the start) leading north east to the harbour, and another south from there.

It might help to go to the harbour in human form. From the Grand Knight teleporter at the start of the fjords, clear down the mountain path, cross over to the far beach when you get to the bottom, clear that beach and then a short swim / flight keeping the mountain to your left will bring you to another path which leads past the depleted ore mine and eventually splits in two, one path up and to the left to High Hall and the other down and to the right for the harbour.

Along this path, just after it opens up you will meet a travelling merchant (only once). You will need at least 52k worth of diamonds, malachite ore and loot to sell if you want to get his malachite gem and 50k of gold; another 20 or 30k worth of stuff would help if he has any other items you wish to buy (save before the encounter if you want to try reloading a couple times). You can fly over that section of path if you want to wait until you have more loot.

Alternately, it might be less frustrating if you just start exploring, rather than trying to finish specific quests. You'll eventually get to where you need to go.

Thank You for the welcome! I took your advice and started to make some headway. Aside from the frustration at the beginning It seems that Orobas Fjords is going to be quite the challenge. I welcome that in a game and I'm looking forward to it. I am very surprised that few people know about this game. I have played everyday for almost a week now and It has quickly started to become a favorite. Thanx for the help! See ya around the forums.

To fast navigate through the Orobas Fjords it IS very useful to take attention to all the Teleporters & Shrines and make a draw of all the possible ways to navigate ! wink
I came to this because of making myself a handy "Traveling Trading Tour"(TTT) grin

But, of course, besides trading all the ways to navigate helps a lot to fast go to the place YOU want visit in a minute smile
