Hey. smile

Longtime fan of the Divinity universe, in particular Divinity II. I ran into a post about Divinity: Dragon Commander and thought .. 'hey, wait a minute, that sounds familiar...' and popped over.

Yes it was. And it looks like you guys are trying to do something rather .. unusual. That is a very, very good thing; there's been such an amazing dearth of willingness to try something different. This has changed a bit (a lot?) the last year, even if there's still way too many generic shooters, tower defence games and F2P MMO's, but this IS rather different. smile

I am so looking forward to another visit to Rivellon in both this and Sin. Best of luck, guys!

One thought - Dragon Commander, but you seem to be quite a bit more than a commander, if you hold court and deal with princesses and politics. Would not Dragon King be a more accurate title - and a more natural progression from Knight?

And yeah, this late it would be a really big Faux Pas to rename the game, so .. file that under 'ehh.., whatever'.

Duke, Emperor... Perhaps you get a title depending on choice... never mind my rambling.

Regards,
Me

The main character's father was king, but after he gets murdered there are apparently factions that object to a smooth succession (and the matter of avenging his death to deal with before worrying about titles).

As far as names go, 'king' isn't as active/involved as 'commander'. Dragon King could be a sims type game, but you're in control of Dragon Commander. Or maybe Dragon King was already copyrighted, or something. biggrin
