Is pre-ordering gog exclusive, or will it be on steam as well at some point? And if it will be, will the bonus content, such as the arts, wallpapers and avatars be available on steam as well? Or if not, will we be able to activate the gog version on steam at some point?
I'm only asking this, because i dont want to buy a game twice and i'd like to pre-order Dragon commander, but if there will be a steam pre-order, than i think i'll wait for it.

Larian would be foolish if it didn't come to Steam, what with its integrated lobbies and friend system. They're not THAT foolish, so I'd wait. Divinity 2: Directors Cut came out on Steam, complete with the bonus docs and soundtrack, and such goodies - and if you already owned Divinity 2 on Steam, you got it for free. So I'd say Steam with bonus stuff is a sure thing.

What i'm asking is wether we shall be able to pre-order it or not, and will it have the pre-order bonuses, such as the arts and wallpapers.

Hi Zolee,
I haven't seen any official confirmation from Larian concerning a Dragon Commander pre-order option on Steam, though judging from Original Sin's Kickstarter page, it'll be on Steam the day of release:
"Digital copies [of Dragon Commander and Original Sin] will have to be downloaded via your preferred digital retailer such as Steam or GOG.com"
So it's very likely there will be a pre-order option on Steam in the near future, one that includes the bonuses too (they usually have in the past).
And if you're feeling a little generous, I'd recommend just throwing down $65 in support of Original Sin on Kickstarter; you get a copy of Dragon Commander and Original Sin on release for donating.

There is nothing official about possible Steam pre-orders yet.
Retail version pre-orders need to be organized, which will be much easier to find the time for after the Original Sin kickstarter ends.

1 more question: is it possible to activate the gog version on steam? Or will it be possible once the steam version is out?

No. GoG and Steam are separate services. The GoG version can't connect with the Steam overlays and Steam lobbies and groups. If you want to play on Steam, then wait for the Steam version page to start taking pre-orders (or get it through the Kickstarter, which will let you select the Steam version.)

Go Kickstarter all the way. You'll get it cheaper (so you can choose more awesome Larian add-on or just be able to pledge higher) and you'll help them reach some stretch goals making the game even more awesome
Did I said awesome !!?? ^^
And you'll get the choice between gog or steam

You do realise that the keys u get for most games can be activated on steam, meaning u get the steam version of the game with it. What i'm asking is, does/will the gog version have such keys?

This actually usually isnt the case unless the game is made to be able to do that. In 95% of the cases, this wont work at most games.

Actually with games where you get keys, they can be activated on steam 80% of the cases, also greenmangaming mostly only sells these keys for most games to be activated on steam. This is how i got my skyrim dlcs because they were blocked in my country. So it does work in most cases. (If the game is on steam that is.)

It depends on the game. If the game is 'steamwork' then everyone sells keys (and gog is not likely to carry it). If the game is on 'steam' then some places will sell steam keys. (btw skyrim) was a steam works game so all places simply sold 'steam keys'.
*Some games you can provide the 'cd-key' to steam and get a steam copy (I don't know the rules here but steam has a list). - As for dragon commander; the game is not a 'steamwork' game as gog is selling it (and the gog version will very likely not activate on steam; but see note *). The steam version will be integrated to use some of the steam features (Larian said this but i forget the details what they listed) and naturally the Gog version will miss these steam specific features. However the Gog version will be 100% drm free (you won't need to install the steam client). - I have DKS from steam (and gog) and to be honest the binary you get from steam you can run without steam (no clue if DC will be the same way - i suspect not because DKS doesn't really take advantage of the steam feature and I think DC will do more of this). - To be honest I'm torn between the two (gog and steam). I like a lot of steam features but I also like gog being 100% drm free. For a game like DC the steam features might really be helpful (multi-player community) but it really depends exactly what features Larian integrates (hopefully someone will comment further). I have the same question for D-OS - will being able to find fan made scenario be easier with Steam or Gog ?
