Larian Studios Forums Divinity II The Dragon Knight Saga / Flames of Vengeance (English) Help/Tips/Tricks God mode?

I quicksaved while I'm on fire, and no healing can save me in time. Is there a console-mode or something to turn on godmode for a few seconds? My last save is from a while ago and I really don't feel like replaying all that.

There is an Activated developer console for DKS, based on the demo (there was no feedback if anyone tried it with the full game).

People have reported using Cheat Engine to freeze their hit points; there are 'cheat tables' for D2:ED and DKS. There are specific trainers for certain game versions, as well.

The Developer's Cut version of the game has an official Developer Mode cheat window. You may have or be able to upgrade to that version (see here). DKS saves work fine in D2:DC, but D2:ED saves are not compatible.

I'm sure we've all done something like it though, quicksaved just as we're about to be mobbed or something, and that last permanent save is just a bit too long ago...

I mostly have only 1 save game of my curent hero, but because technology also can fail I make from time to time an extra save game "in case of ... "

It can sometimes be so dangerous in Divnity II ... never forget again next play rounds to spare a few healing potions for greater potentional Or fully invest in the Summon Ghost, a really happy hero you will have with him!
Just some of my experiences from the past ... I understand it is not fine to start back 10 or more levels lower! Mostly then I simply prefer to start "New Game" rather than restarting with my current hero who kicked him/her-self in a impossible situation of "near death"!
