You may want to read this from the FAQ on the Kickstarter page: Why is this not available in [language here]?
We are localizing in English, French, German, Polish and Russian, because we have distributors there. If we had a distribution deal in Italy for instance, we would localize in Italian.

Just because there are distributors there, doesn't mean Larian has a deal with them. Maybe they'll decide to look into one, but just thought you should know about that FAQ post.
