I missed the kickstarter campaign, and was wondering will others like myself, be able to buy into the game at some date in the future?

From what I have seen, this game is a must have. laugh

The upgrades to the Larian Vault should be done on the 24th (to allow people to manage their kickstarter tier rewards), which should also include some of the add-ons added as regular store items. I think I recall seeing alpha and beta access mentioned as possible additions (and t-shirts), in which case a pre-order option could be included, as well, possibly (in theory) with a couple different kickstarter-tier-like versions. If not, there should at least be a straight pre-order a month or two before release, from the Vault and GOG, etc.

Yes, I was looking to pre-order, with the advantage of early access. I love partaking in the development of good games, and I have always loved the games from Larian Studios. They have heart.

I dont think preodering is the same like taking part in a kickstarter campaign in the campaign. The money from the kickstarter. Its just like you´re buying the game at the first date possible. Which is still awesome wink

I am sure there will be other kickstarters down the road when D:OS becomes a success.

In the meantime I am sure you can help Larian meanwhile as well, like so many of us did, like to promote Larian games you know to others which just see them as a clone from some dull hack'n'slash game which got way too much hyped smile
I remember the responses from people I talked into giving DD a try and they all got back to me, surprised how much emerging the experience was as it was not JUST about fighting and looting alone.
I converted over the years a good bunch of people from the cyber crack to the good stuff smile

Buy from the Larian Vault if you want to help them the most. You don't have to worry about pre-orders that much in the digital era. Just buy and download!

Their next game that they plan on making in the future will most likely have a kickstarter at some point given the obvious success this one had. I peronsally check larian.com once a month and lar.net about every other week.

Since this game has an editor, it might keep the community from going dormant here between releases.

Every time there I run into trouble on the road, there is always a dwarf at the bottom of it. Don't they know how to drive above ground?
