Do not run Divinity: Dragon Commander Beta
When I launch the game, Steam few seconds trying to load the game and off, what to do?

In the tech support wrote 5 weeks waiting for an answer, spat

I have Windows 7 SP 1

I think you meant 5 'days', since that is how long it has been since the kickstarter update.

What address did you use? If support@larian.com, you should have gotten an auto-reply right away saying your email was received, and then an actual reply within a couple days, or so (not counting weekends). If not, email them again at that address.

I sent them an email 4 times, 2 weeks at least try to reach out to them, but all in vain, for some may have a solution for this problem?

Unless you have a press version, or something, AFAIK the public beta has only been available for a week and a half, and the first half of that it was limited to 100 people.

You can try emailing me (raze@larian.com, or egodraconis@shaw.ca, if you think there could be a problem with sending or receiving email to Larian), and I could forward it to support.

I pre-ordered the game and I HAVE APPEARED IN THE LIBRARY BETA

Steam always shows a preorder in library even if it not out.

Check the manual to ensure you meet the system req's. (in it's steam foulder nameed "manual.pdf").

My first couple start ups of the game were slow. I had to wait 30-40 seconds after the first launch in a black screen before I got the game splash screen and logos. If you are impatient and alt tabbing alt F4ing during the black screen, you might be screwing up the launch. It might take a bit for the blank screen to appear too.

After the first couple start up, it now starts up virtually instantly. So check the specs against your hardware, see if windows security stuff is blocking files (windows has a nasty habit of ninja prohibiting files without you knowing), and let the first start-up 'cook.' Hopefully that helps.
