I'm sure that this one has been spotted, however in the interest of being a beta tester, I figure why not?!
Whenever the dragon is despawning to go back into the overview, it does it's glowing disintegration animation, however it gets about half way through, or I would assume it's half way through, pauses, or goes back to a previous animation, and I don't remember if it's always frozen, or when it's just the despawn animation it freezes. After a moment however you do zoom out and back to the overview as the dragon is now finally and indeed, gone.
The population control issue I mention, is related to skirmish maps. Capturing recruitment centers increases the maximum recruits you can get, as well as how quickly you can get them, also supplied by some sort of a global population pool, if it were to increase max supply, there should still be a limit. Going around claiming them all raises the supply limit to what I've seen as over 700 and such, when you then stock up on units and just rampage on everything it also tends to lower the framerate. If 300 isn't enough, then lower the supply cost of some units, and maybe add some other food modifier as a balance cost for each unit around, so you still get everything at the same time, but without causing inevitable framerate chaos.
