The part where you have to rid the well of these super-wasps and their leader. Maybe I am the worst player in the universe or those creatures are tough. I am level 36 and They kill me pretty dammed fast. Is there a trick to this quest? No room to fly really, so not much for maneuvering. Any suggestions.

It is sincerely hard. The first thing you should do is to kill the nest spawners in the room. They spawn creatures which are the actual threat, Zagan isn't so dangerous in comparison. I think you should be able to get them before more than 1 or 2 enemies come out.

The spawn, are they different then what comes out of the nest or the same?

The same. If you can take out a nest (or both) right away, do so, but I needed to use a less direct approach. See Zagan tips.

I doing this quest at level 25, really annoying I reload 30 times, I played on PC

my spec PC is far enough for all aspect to play divinity 2 but when on smoke fire area (smoke effect)

the game will run not smoothly I mean just like slow motion / lag or something and that even will more great when you transform into dragon

I think I was lucky (honestly if I forget to save maybe I didn't finish this game) I straight to Zagan ignore another minion with dragon shield after Zagan died I back into rock place when I and Zagan do some chit chat welcome and turn into human, just back into stone wall that will close you way back when zagan close to death (cut scene collapse rock) and then you back again to the place when you first meet zagan with some chit chat then you automatic will transferred into portal rock become dragon and then hurry to transform into human, yeah you can go out to tell beatrice you beat this zagan and get four malachite

actually beat zagan is easy but after it I always try to beat every enemy + destroy the nest but like usually and always die and I looking alternative way after kill zagan my friend tell me that I must hurry to reach high stone to get way out but yeah like I said ealier when smoke effect at fire area make my move really bad and I always die before reach that area.............
