It worked with pre-load on steam just fine for me.

Yup, Steam preloading doesn't work. It's now at 4 and half hours before it will start and it's still going up. I'm going to uninstall and re-install again.

if you preloaded you might need to restart steam before you can play it (thats what I had to do anyway)

Could someone please post a video of the Dragons on Earth Campaign stuffs, I would really love to see what that looks like exactly. :P
