Larian Studios Forums Dragon Commander Dragon Commander - General HELP (gameplay not technical)

So I grew up on Red Alert, Age of Empires, Age of Mythology, Warcraft. But I cannot for the life of me even beat 1 trooper that attacked my capital. ON EASY! I watched the tutorials 3 times now and played through the tutorial twice... I just... I don... :C

edit: Btw the dialogue portion of the game is fantastic, I just wish the options were numbered so I don't have to click or move my hand over to enter for the damn continue option.

IMO, tutorial isn't enough. You gained theoretical knowledge that way and, even then, it does not catch everything you need to know to win. What you lack is practical experience.

So, my only advice to you is, play more or lurk more in the forums to see some strategies.

If you can access the beta threads, you could see bundle of ideas or tactics in there. Just a warning though, it might not have been updated to the current version of the game.

Have you tried casual ? That really should be doable.

We're trying to figure out if something is still wrong with the difficulty settings or not. There was a bug that caused casual difficulty to slip into normal and hard into easy etc... but we think that's solved now. If you get rushed on casual, please let us now.

Welp, after restarting the game I'm very able to handle easy. For some reason there was just an instant mass swarm of endless enemies in my previous game.
