So here's my problem: I was playing Dragon Commander for about 3 hours straight today without a problem, saving after every turn without a single issue. Everytime I saved my game I got the "Save successful!" message, so I didn't think about there being any complications but after a certain amount of time the game just stopped creating new save games. I learned that the hard way, because after I stopped playing to grab something to eat, I wanted to continue where I left of, but the last save is from around 21:40 (it's 23:00 over here now).
It wouldn't really be a big deal but no matter what I do, the game won't let me create a new save game. It gives me the "Save successful!" message, yeah, but when I try look the saves up in the loading menu, they just aren't there - the game doesn't really create them.
My HDD has plenty of space left on all partitions and I restarted Steam, the game and my PC plenty of times. I really hope that there's a workaround because there's no way in hell I'm replaying the 5 hours I've put in so far. Don't get me wrong, DC is a true gem and a breath of fresh air, but right now I'm really frustrated.
