I keep running in to this bug in large battles where the narrator keeps saying "that's impossible commander" and the right side says "no unit in selection can perform this command"

It universally seems to happen during dragon combat while issuing orders to troops. I honestly have no idea which command they are referring to.

But it KILLs game play entirely. The game slows down to like 1 frame every 2 seconds and the voice over keeps repeating. Eventually it seems to catch up but performance never fully recovers.

Also I have been monitoring task manager to see what the game is doing, and for some reason it is pegging 100% on core 0. But core 1,2, and 3 are hardly utilized at all.


This did not happen in the beta FWIW.
I have a fairly powerful system so I think this has to be a bug.

Yeah... I hope it gets fixed soon.



As for not using the other CPUs, that's somewhat understandable. Multi-threaded programming is a b****.

From what ive seen it only seems to happen when you order a large amount of troops onto a limited amount of land. Like a bottleneck. They want to spread out inside the bottleneck. But they cannot because thats impossible commander.

I think they're only doing that because they know they're unaffected by my acidic fireballs.

It would be if it did that all the time, but normally the game is pretty well distributed between all 4 cores. That's why I thought it might be related.

Heh, at least that didn't make the game run at sub 1 frame per second ouch
