The message in a Bottle reward form asks for a name. Is the name field for the Author name or the recipient name?

Another question the vault survey leaves unanswered. I'd appreciate some clarification for this too. As it is I've left that field blank... and haven't felt able to fill out many of the other things eiether, so I'm hoping we'll get some more guidance eventually.

My message in a bottle was to me, from me a few months ago. We'll only ever see it in our own game so I'd imagine it doesn't matter too much who wrote it. Other players will never see it unless they're playing coop with you.

Yes but is the name field in the vault survey for the author of the letter, the recipient, or the name of the bottle's mouse-over/inventory description?
