I keep finding arrows and rope lying on the ground, but can't figure out how to use them. What can they do?

u can sell them for some gold.

They do nothing - only ropes in a very special certain area = they're of use. The rest is just decoration. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />
