@Larians: probably you are more interested in bugs and broken systems right now, but still I wanna thank you, guys: you nailed it!
Of course the game needs more love, but even now, it feels and plays like an Ultima game, only with better combats.
I'm not talking about explicit references to the saga like the "Black Rock" skill or the "A mysterious Murder" quest; I'm talking about quest and world design, interactivity and exploration. You did everything in the right way, and after all these years it's simply incredible.
Only a couple of things bug me:
1) I found a lot of stuff to collect and combine in the inventory, but very few interactive spots in the world (at least, compared to Ultima VII).
2) Even if I understand why you did it, obtaining the mark and recall spell (pyramids) and the access to the "moongates" at the beginning of the game felt too easy.

PS: by the way, I really enjoyed "A Mysterious Murder" without quest marker. I hope in the final game we won't have a GPS-ike map that holds your hand all the time.
