When you use your keyboard to navigate through the graphics setting AND have the mouse over the menu items the following happens: When the menu scrolls and the mouse then points at a new item, the marker will be set to the item that the mouse is now pointing at.
It is just a very small thing but will increase usability and is hopefully easy to fix.
