i started the first game with a warrior and a wizard and played about 1 hour.
when i realised that i've done everthing "wrong" (killing the guards @ the bridge, let the orc lady kill 2 soldiers, didnt save the burning ship), i decided to start a new game.

ingame i saved before i talked to the 2 guards at the bridge and deleted the old savegames. i passed them without fighting and killed the orcs.

problem 1: after the orc fight one of the legionnaires will go back and yell at the 2 guards at the bridge (seen that in a gameplay). however i followed him and he reacted like when i killed them "what happend here?".

problem 2: next i went to the orclady. she was still here, didnt kill anybody, but i couldnt decide to kill or spare her (didnt get the option).

problem 3: next to the burning ship are 3 men looking for work. i spoke to them and they reacted like i have spoken to them earlier: "did u find a job for us?"

does anybody else have problem like that ??

p.s.: i couldnt find a german forum to report bugs, i hope my english isnt too bad xD

It's a known bug, or at least should be as it has been listed before. But sometimes there is bleed over in the dialogue from previous saves.

I didn't want to start another thread on the same subject, so I added to this post. I managed to save a game at the bridge as well. After that initial save, I could only quick save. Before I started game play today, I deleted my one game from yesterday that I did manage to save before today's hot fix. Today, when I added a save, I named it with a date and time and nothing happened, except the first time when I was able to save.

I tried to use the tool recommended at the Steam forum, but the tool could not find my install even though I browsed to the path.

I ran the tool anyway to generate the report and my laptop passed all the specs, but the tool failed the Intel I5 450M 2.40 GHz CPU.

I have a Toshiba Satellite A665, with 4GB of ram; Nvidia 330M video card running windows 8.1 64 bit, FWIW.
